Collaboration

There are 3 types of interpersonal interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you are in the mood to make the optimal choice about your software application, you have to get to know the differences that exist between those interactions.

An interaction of conversation is a transfer of ideas and an interaction of transaction is transfer of a transaction substance between two or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is employed for a modification of a collaboration entity, ex.: reaching a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the primary objective of the participants is to modify the collaboration substance from something non-secured and intangible, for example, an idea, into something useful, for example a blueprint.
